Storing it in the fridge wont do it any harm at all. It'll just condition much, much slower than it would at 55-60 degrees. Wow 5-10yrs....did not know that. Thanks AW (and Loch for the article). Sitting on a beer that long is a test. I think quitting smoking would be easier...
