Mate, I would advise against storing top shelf beers in the fridge. They are better stored at room temperature as this will allow the beer to age properly. Especially beers like Westy 12, Rochefort 8 and 10 and probably the Unibroue beers. They need to be allow to bottle condition properly.
I've got a case of Westy's stored at room temp. This is a separate beer fridge and it's not set very cold, ie: not as cold as a normal fridge. Good tip regardless though.
