If you're looking towards a Swiss born Canadiens D, definitely go with Raphael Diaz. He's been great for Zug with 29 points in 32 games (as a D!). Weber only managed 19 in 32 games. The supporting cast can be described as similar: Weber's squad Geneva is currently 3rd and Diaz' Zug is 4th. So Diaz should be your choice, more offense and also better defensively.
Diaz is so much better than Weber. I would say that Diaz doesn't have the same pure offensive abilities but as a better defensive player he does not find himself in the coach's doghouse and thus plays more consistently which leads to more points.
