If you're saying 'when' instead of 'if', then you are optimistic and there is nothing wrong with that. I just do not trust this bunch and I still think its 50/50 as to whether there will be a season.
Most reporters are also saying there is going to be a season. I hope they're right, but I will wait until its a done deal before I show any optimism.

Either way, we're hoping for the best.
