Stepan doesn't have a better shot at PP1 than Berglund. Quite the opposite I think #1C is up for grabs in StL.
this is a key point... i read about the depth in st. louis throughout this post, but the fact is center is, by far, the weakest position for the blues... backes and berglund are the only true top 9 centers on the team. not sure about who i would actually want between the two, but ice-time shouldn't be a factor in the decision....
