So... it's Cobb vs. LLoyd.
Indeed, a tough one.
Lloyd, though streaky, has been good recently and the Pats are playing a nice sunny game at Jacksonville.
Per CBS:
News: New England wide receiver Brandon Lloyd heads into Week 16 at Jacksonville coming off his best game of the season. Lloyd went for a career-high 190 receiving yards last week against the tough San Francisco defense. He faces a Jaguars team in Week 16 that is easier scored upon on the ground than through the air, as they have allowed only one WR touchdown in the last three weeks. Of course, they have allowed four touchdowns in the last five weeks.
Analysis: Lloyd actually has a decent history against the Jaguars. He last played at Jacksonville back in 2010 and caught five passes for 117 yards in that game. Lloyd has been anything but a highly reliable Fantasy receiver this season, but does have 17 catches for 279 yards and a touchdown in his last two games. That is just about his best stretch this season. Lloyd has come on strong for the Patriots of late and should be considered a viable Fantasy start in all leagues and formats for Week 16.
Cobb has been much more consistent... but it is a cold-weather game in Green Bay against a Tennessee defense that is getting better.
Per CBS:
News: Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb -- who has had back-to-back 100-yard games, including a career-best 115-yard performance last week at Chicago -- will look to continue the streak Week 16 against Tennessee. The Titans have stepped up on defense lately, ranking fourth in scoring defense (17.6 points per game) and third in total defense (285.8 yards per game) since Week 9, but for the season, they rank only 19th against the pass, allowing 240.6 yards per game. Cobb was limited in practice by a shoulder injury Wednesday, but he is expected to play in Sunday's contest.
Analysis: Cobb has been the Packers' most reliable receiver this season, averaging 6.1 catches for 72.0 yards over the team's last nine games. Injuries to other members of the receiving corps have allowed him to be a regular part of the passing game, and with Jordy Nelson still nursing a hamstring injury, that should continue to be the case in Week 16. The biggest concern for Cobb is the frigid conditions for Sunday's game, with the temperature expected to be in the high-20s. But because the winds will be relatively calm and the skies relatively clear, it shouldn't impact his performance too much. As a reliable member of a reliable passing game, Cobb should be active in just about all Fantasy formats.
