Zach Bogosian had a screw removed from his surgically repaired wrist last week and his recovery is believed to be on schedule. He underwent the procedure over the summer and the projected timeline for his return was set at four to six months. If the NHL begins a shortened season in mid-January, it would be just over the four-month period, so Bogosian may not be ready to go by then and his presence on the back end would be sorely missed.
