I think I'd go with Stralman, though I don't think there will be a whole lot of difference among them by the end of the year. None of their upsides is particularly good, even in the extreme.

I'd be really tempted to dig deeper to see if there's a guy with good upside but a smaller chance of reaching it (Brayden McNabb? Paul Postma? maybe still taken... David Savard? Sami Vatanen? Matt Donovan?), then abandoning that and picking up one of these guys if it fails.
