Looking at his roster and being a keep 10, I think that it might take a really good offer to pry AP off him since he really only has Chara otherwise as a productive high end D. The others have potential but aren't there yet. If I'm the other manager, I'm targeting Toews. He seems to have ok depth on the wings but at centre it's a bit weaker with Ennis, Pavelski and Roy.

That being said, you have one top D and he has two, so I'm not sure how easy it will be to pry AP off him. Keep that in mind, and perhaps as a backup plan find another team that might have better high end depth on D and perhaps less wing depth. There may not be though, since it's a 14-teamer, so you tell me. If that's the case, then high end D are very valuable and will take a lot to acquire.
