As you can see from my previous posts I clearly agree with this sentiment just responding to ED's comments about possible corollaries with other "scams". As you say, no one really thinks he planned to do it but because with most crimes be it legal or moral pre-meditation makes things that much worse I just want to make sure that distinction is acknowledged.
