I'm down with this too.

Zetterberg is a fairly legit PPG guy, but he seems to usually miss 7-10 games per year and his team is heading towards the unknown in the next few years (sans Lidstrom and Datsyuk aging - among others).

A year ago, JVR was all the rage. The bloom is off the rose a bit, but he still has the talent and will get plenty of opportunities in Toronto - something he wasn't getting in Philly. I like the trade for him.

Baertschi is also the future in Calgary. That team is ALSO in a flux, but Baertschi should get every chance in the book.

I like this trade for you.

Curiously enough, a year ago I decided I needed to get a bit older and had a chance to win some $, so moved JVR and Subban for Zetterberg and Lidstrom in a points-only pool. So I'm maybe a bit familiar with your thinking.
