Now, I'm sure Barberio is very negotiable anyway, but my roster is full, so to take those 3 players I would have to ditch 2 anyway. I'd be more likely to send out Palmieri and Khudobin. That is gross underpayment for Malkin. Do not do it.
As a starting point, I would need Tavares+. Think Tavares + Perry for Malkin + something small would be good for you.
If they don't want to pay full price, put the same "untouchable" tag on Malkin that Ovechkin has.
