Agreed with the others. In your CATS, I'd prefer the Perry side. I like Perry/Carlson/Getz over Richards/Briere/Myers but losing Yaks would suck. And you'd lose a potential shot at Nathan MacKinnon in the '13 draft. If I was contending this year or next I'd do the deal, but if I was in a complete rebuild, I might hold onto YAks and the 1st and sell off the others for some younger talent (eg Richards and Briere for one of E Kane or Landeskog etc).
