I know he's not a prospect anymore, but since that wasn't exactly what the OP was looking for... What about a guy like Cal Clutterbuck? Hes still youngish, and has been slowly trending upward, and obviously has a huge number of hits. He may not be the next Perry, but maybe the next Backes.
