The first and most important thing I can tell you to do is:
1. Stop winning all your trades.

You need to break up that rep. Lose small trades to win the more important ones. It might take you a few years to do this... So do it slow but do it right. Its the only way you can still win important trades.

Now, the less important part.
2. I'd keep Tavares, Kovalchuk, Price, Rask, Staal and Giroux.

That means you'd drop Ignila, Getzlaf and Backtrom. Most here will say to keep Backstrom but I'd rather Staal at this point, less of a risk and with the help he will get, it can't hurt. If you want to keep him, cut Price.

Hopefully, you can pickup Getzlaf in the draft. He should slid a little.
