I see both of them as starters, worst case scenario for Rosenthal he could be a dominant closer.

Look at his repertoire and average speeds of pitches, pretty nasty.

Fastball- Averages 97.6 MPH
Cutter- Averages 89 MPH
Curveball- Averages 80.7 MPH
Changeup- 86.9 MPH

He can get his fastball up to 100+ MPH at times too.
