Yes, we are using actual cap hits. Plus, it's a dynasty league, so anyone 30 and over can just go away and die...at least that's my draft strategy!!

Love EStaal, but that cap hit is Crosbyesque. Voracek's cap hit is okay if he performs like I think he will. Gaborik's cap hit vs injury history/age work against him. St. Louis is a grandfather, at least in NHL circles. I nearly took Pavelski, but his numbers across the board are just okay.

I found that some people put a lot of value in prospects, while others focus on cost and some haven't figured out that this is a dynasty league and you need a good mix/cross selection of young talent (21-27 years old) to be able to compete for years.
