Miller/Ward - pretty much next and neck over next 2 years, slight edge to Miller in a one-year, edge to Ward after 2 years..
Halak
Fleury - the only category Fleury might win over Halak is Ws. Halak will outperform Fleury in 3 of 4 cats. One could also make the argument that Vokoun is just as great of a threat to take starts from Fleury than Elliott is a threat to take starts from Halak. Just because they split starts last season doesn't mean it will happen again. I'm sure there will be a slight battle at the start, but I'm sure most people agree Halak will come out on top.
