The first offer is brutal but I like the second one for you. You're rebuilding so keeping Bernier isn't any problem for you but Smith is still proven #1 goalie (though he needs to prove last season wasn't fluke) and Saad is very good prospect. It's pretty equal but I would have taken the deal if I were you.
