I would be interested in joining your league. here are the answers to your questions
background i am in 5 leagues now that have run from 3 years to 11 years and are 12 team leagues all the way up to a 30 team league some are money leagues some are free leagues
commitment I am fully commited in all my leagues and try to make deals as much as possible. I check every morning and all day
3 teams in order and a little of what id do to the teams
Calgary- There is a need for some forwards so the likely source to get a forward would be to deal one of the goalies on the team for that help. Thats the basic idea.
Ottawa- Miller would be the only untouchable I would try and upgrade the forwards and also add more talented prospects through trades or through the draft again not going to go into specifics but you should eb able to tell my plan
Philly- would try and deal the #3 pick for more picks and would try and upgrade the defense and add a top forward
