yeah right now the vote is pretty even either way but i can see your reasoning....that other pool im in generally has the managers trading o for o and d for d....which as you said sucks...

i think it should be up to each manager to decide what positions they want to drop. maybe have a max of keeping one goalie, but between defense and forwards i wouldnt diferentiate. it will only hinder trading as managers would only trade forwards for forwards and d for d. teams may be built strong on defense or strong on forwards and i wouldnt punnish them or that.

okay Kevin....the pool i'll be starting has 18 forwards 8 defense and 4 goalies
When leaving players unprotected, should positions matter or can you drop all goalies, defence etc
a. you must drop 9 fw, 4 d and 2 g (half of each position)
b. you can drop anybody as long as you have 15 left on the roster
