RNH was my first pick this season hoping he would turn into a keeper.
I always like to go young but there is always a price to be paid. I currently sit tied for 1st and have a team that can win. Basically, RNH is worthless for me unless he suddenly heats up...which I dont see happening at the moment. Iginla adds depth and he seems to be getting hotter...and maybe gets traded to a playoff team. So do I trade RNH for Iginla or wait for RNH? Stats: G, A, PPG, +/- PIM SOG (TOI for Defensemen) My roster Crossby, Ovechkin, Benn, SKinner, Voracek, Hodgson, Duchene, Ryan, RNH, JVR, Letang, OEL, Hedman, Goligoski, Faulk, Streit (Karlsson, Burns on IR) Fluery, Holtby, Price, Brodeur(Ward on IR)

How many keepers? Roto or H2H?
RNH shooting percentage is abysmal so there is some untapped value there. He has struggled though for the year and its hard to see him outperforming Iginla for the rest of the year. The goal is always to win so I probably pull the trigger on this deal and at worst replace RNH with JVR as a keeper. Given that your league is goal heavy JVR might be a better keeper anyway.

Your keepers are ridiculous.
I would absolutely make that trade in a keep 6. Would RNH be a keeper for the other team? If not you can get him back in the draft, but if he is there are more immediate offensive options available that will help you contend again. Iginla will give you a boost that RNH can't right now. Go for it.

Keep 6 with the team you have, you can easily afford to trade RNH. I like the trade for you, Iginla should help you win the title this year, at least more so than RNH.
