This is a new keeper league and should I trade my Tarasenko for his Sharp?

Patrick Sharp was drafted in 2001 and he would be my oldest keeper and my RW would be upgraded but I heard Tarasenko could be the next Ovy and that scares me to trade him off in a keeper league.

As a Vladimir Tarasenko owner I would not trade Tarasenko for Sharp 1 vs 1.

sharp is still only 31 years old but he has maybe 3 to 5 years left at close to PPG while Tarasenko is just starting, and what a start !!!

Tarasenko should be close to PPG next season ( if not this season ) and he is close to 10 years younger.

I would stick with Tarasenko personnaly.

Not sure how your team stacks up against others in your league, but the only way I make that move if I had your team is if I was all but convinced that adding Sharp would get me a title this year. Personally, I'm not of the opinion that he's bound to give you a heck of a lot more than Tarasenko.

You'll need to shore up the goaltending eventually, but a keeper core of (in no certain order) Tarasenko, RNH, Huberdeau, Hall, Skinner, Subban, Ovechkin, Getzlaf, etc. is quite filthy and has the makings of a perennial juggernaut in two or three years (perhaps less).
