Concept:
1. "The Classic" is to be a themed pool basic on "Classic Rock" groups, songs, or singers.
You must name your team after something associated with pre-1995 rock.

2. The pool will be very simple:
i) Straight points. G=1, A=1, W=2, SO=3.
ii) Standings based. Not head-to-head.

3. Rosters will be very simple:
6 Forwards, 4 Defense, 1 Goalie + 3 bench slots... yes, just 3.
All players are subjected to a "Games Limit", say 48 games per player.

4. Transactions.
i) No trading. (Don't give me shit about this.)
ii) Standard waivers.
iii) You can make daily roster moves, though with a max. games per position, you don't have to.
*This is intended as a low-maintenance pool.

5. Awards... what do you mean?
It's bragging rights.

I'm interested but will have to autodraft as I won't be able to stay up late. Guess I'll create a test league tonight to work on my rankings of 300+ players just in case. Small job, ha!

Any chance you can make a decision on the draft by tonight? That way, it gives us enough time and notice to join/pre-rank etc.

By the way, Yahoo's maximum is 20 teams.

Just a suggestion but don't mind what you decide. How about only three bench slots (1 per position)? That way, it might encourage a few more moves rather than people just sitting on their teams and using bench players for injuries/slumps etc. I know it's meant to be low maintenance, but thought a little more activity would be more fun, while still keeping the settings simple.
