is the pick a MLB player pick or a pick in the upcoming prospect draft in the summer?

I like Price here, but it does depend somewhat on what this " pick" means.

It's probably going to be a 13th or 14th round MLB player pick which = a third or a 4rth rounder. It's a 16 team, keep 10 league.
