I have them as my 10th and 11th ranked QBs this week with Rivers just slightly ahead. Re-examining that now, My head still says Rivers, but my gut says Freeman. I just can't ignore how terrible that Tampa Bay secondary is though so I'm sticking with Phillip Rivers over Josh Freeman
