I'm not on the forum yet, so I'll ask a question or two here:

I know I need my roster set by July 1 -- so that means I can only keep 8 on the bench. And that stays the same all season, correct? 8 is always the case?
Also, on July 1, can I leave a prospect on my prospect team if he's got more than the 25 GP? Gudbranson for example?
Finally, how long is the draft? By live, does that mean we have minutes per selection, or is it done over days on the site?

You have to get your bench to a max of 8 players on July 1st, but you can go over 8 after that and during the season.

You can keep any prospect on your prospect team for however long you want. Once you promote one, you can never send them back down. Gudbranson can remain a prospect, and in my case I have guys like Cowen and Orlov who will still be there most likely.

The draft will be 12 hours per selection, as per playmaker26.

So you added St. Louis, Hossa, Sharp, Zetterberg, Iginla, Del Zotto and Campebll onto your main roster and also Elias, Whitney and Jagr while only losing Lucic, Marchand, Pacioretty, Oshie, Burrows, Suter, Timonen, Versteeg, Callahan, Brassard, Peverley and Wilson?

All while just losing Schenn and Schroeder from your prospect list...

How the heck are you getting away with all of this, hahaha.

Might as well give you the championship for the next 5 years... is there even anyone remotely close to you as competition anymore?
