I have both Conacher and Schwartz on my farm team, if I bring them up they will have to stay up for the season. Would you bring either of them up and who would you drop? (Frolik is the obvious drop)

We keep 20 + 7 farm each year.

Definately Conacher. With St. Louis' depth JS could definately be moved out easier. TB is in more need of top 6 talent. Also, if CC doesn't work out, he's not as much of a loss as JS in the long run (if you have to drop him)
