Yahoo standard cats (G,A,PPP,+/-,PIM,SOG), One year only...
DOOR #1 * Ryan Callahan (helps in most cats, but there's no hits and blocks, plus how does Nash affect him?) DOOR #2 * Jakub Voracek (golden oppurtunity to produce riding shotgun with Giroux, but is still unproven...) DOOR #3 * Blake Wheeler (solid year last year on the Jets, but can he go any higher? And will the +/- take a hit?) Pick the 2 RW you'd want!

Wheeler would be my first pick. Depending on weight of the categories would determine who my second guy would be. If points are weighted in a much greater way than the others I take Voracek who has the potential to put up some serious points this season, otherwise I go with the safe multi-cat player in Callahan.

I would roll with Wheeler and Voracek.. Callahan isn't much of a scoring threat..

ditto...
Cally is going to be a beast this season because I'm guessing they'll keep him on the second line so he won't be contending with defender's top pairings (coaches ignore a line of Richards, Nash and Gabby at their own great peril) which means more opportunities for him. Its a shame you cant count the hits and blocked shots but I can see him getting 60 pts easily this year Voracek is a late bloomer, he frustrated me for years waiting for him to pop but if he doesn't do it this year I dunno if he ever does. Honestly, I'm a TERRIBLE skater but I could probably beat the league average in pts with Claude Giroux feeding me pucks. Winnipeg is a mediocre team looking for its identity, theyre still fermenting, the Rags and Flyers are already brewed

Thanks for your replies... Soooo, that's 3 votes each (yeah I could have done a poll, no biggie). Not really an easy choice, IMO...

Even without HITS, Callahan is equally as viable in this format as Wheeler. They will be about the same in PTS, PIMs and SOG, unless Callahan is in the top 6. If so, the difference between him and the other two will be visible.
Another for Callahan!!

Voracek and Callahan. Voracek is this year's Giroux for the Flyers. And I always lean to the guy on the better team.
