Surprises:

Brendan Gallagher - tied for team lead with 6 points as rookie
Patrick Holland - impressive 5 points so far
Robert Mayer - excellent in goal with 4-1-1 record and .917 save percentage

Disappointments:

Nathan Beaulieu - a single point so far
Gabriel Dumont - expected a hotter start after the way he finished last year
Peter Delmas - ugly numbers (3.49, .865) have him firmly stuck behind Mayer
