Nathan Weselake, aka The Puck Pastor, is a real life pastor currently employed at a church in Portage, Mb. In his first year of fantasy hockey, the winner of the pool was the guy who took a rookie named Teemu Selanne with the last pick (with the second last pick Nathan took Mark Lamb). Nathan acknowledges the obvious role statistics play in managing a fantasy team but is most interested in addressing factors closer to the heart of why people love fantasy sports in the first place. So, his column will occasionally wander away from pure statistical analysis and offer a slightly different fantasy spin. Find Nathan on Twitter @puckpastor.
