FireFox users, from what I gather, about 10% of you have an error downloading. This can be solved in two ways: 1. Try opening it with Explorer. Or 2. Clear your cache/history, close the browser, open it and start over. Sorry for the hassle, we are looking into why this happens with some versions of FireFox.
