Once you purchase the product or package, it is immediately available for download in your Downloads section, assuming it is purchased after the date of release (the date of release is noted in the product description of your purchase).

2013 playoff list i cannot open the playoff draft list with notepad all i get is a bunch of random text... is there another way to open up this list ...If not i would like a refund |

Order #100018273 Hi Dobber i just purchased the new hockey package 2012-13 but I just noticed that i have also been charged for the 2011-12 downloads which were already purchased last year. I am not sure if it is a bug on the web or a mistake on my end. regards Jean |
