Mats Sundin has confirmed that he is done for the season with his groin injury. We may have seen the last of him in a Leaf uniform.

Need an edge for your roto league? "Looking Ahead " is updated to the end of the season - get a quick, easy look at which teams to load up players on for the final few days.

The Dallas Morning News is reporting that Sergei Zubov suffered from some sort of setback and  will proably miss the last week of the season. He may miss time in the playoffs, too - stay tuned. He is suffering from foot and groin injuries.

Matt Cullen was finally back on the ice for Carolina in practice.

Jonathan Cheechoo and Devin Setoguchi are also back practicing for the Sharks.

Brian Boucher will get the start for San Jose Thursday.

Marc-Andre Fleury, 9-1-1 with a 1.44 goals-against average and .951 save percentage in March, was named the NHL's No. 2 star of the month.

Phoenix line combo for Thursday's game, based on yesterday's practice: Kyle Turris with Shane Doan on the right, Peter Mueller on the left. Expect a big night from all three.

Joey MacDonald got the start last night over Wade Dubielewicz. I needed that start from Wade... and just to kick me in the teeth when I'm down, Chris Mason stopped all the shots he faced when he replaced Dan Ellis and he got the win. MacDonald may get the next start for the Isles as well.

Mats Sundin may have already played his last game for Toronto. He is doubtful for Thursday with a groin injury.

Riley Holzapfel, ranked 52 on my fantasy prospects list, signed a contract to play the end of the season with Chicago of the AHL.

Ales Hemsky left last night's contest with a lower body injury.

Atlanta rookie Jordan Lavallee picked up two points in his second career game last night. He was also impressive in training camp, but he does not have huge scoring potential. That being said, because he tends to make early impressions, he makes a decent end of season pickup.

Last night was probably Johan Hedberg's last time on the ice for Atlanta.

Jaroslav Spacek (chest) could be back for Thursday's game.

Jason Williams, Ray Whitney and Bret Hedican were all back in the Carolina lineup yesterday just in time to lose. If the team is winning...why rush guys back? Didn't make sense to me.

Williams, by the way, played just 3:48. He left midway through the first period after wrenching his back. He will not be in the lineup next game against Tampa. Hope you enjoyed your three minutes poolies!

With Sundin, Wellwood and Antropov out of the Toronto lineup, Mark Bell was the first line center with Tucker on one wing and Blake on the other. He had a great first period, but fizzled after that.
